Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Some products or services offered through our store may be available as a subscription, pre-order or other special purchase option. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can cancel or change them.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Subscriptions
Where available, a subscription allows you to receive products on a recurring basis according to the frequency and terms selected at checkout.
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription:
- you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method;
- you agree to the subscription price, frequency and any minimum commitment disclosed at checkout;
- your payment details are stored securely by our payment or subscription providers; and
- future orders will be processed automatically unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.
Subscription prices, products, frequencies and availability may change from time to time. If a material change affects your subscription, we will provide notice where reasonably required.
Managing, changing or cancelling a subscription
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time unless a minimum commitment was clearly disclosed before purchase.
You can usually manage your subscription by:
- using the link in your order confirmation or subscription email;
- logging into your customer account, if enabled; or
- contacting us directly.
To avoid being charged for the next scheduled subscription order, cancellation or changes should be made before the next billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, that order may not be cancellable and will instead be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may:
- retry the payment within a reasonable period;
- notify you to update your payment details; or
- pause or cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
We are not required to continue sending subscription products where payment has not been successfully processed.
2. Pre-orders
From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order before they are in stock or before they are released for sale.
How pre-orders work
When you place a pre-order:
- you are reserving a product that is not yet ready for immediate dispatch;
- we may charge the full price at checkout, or collect a deposit or payment authorisation, depending on the product and checkout settings; and
- the estimated dispatch or release timing will usually be stated on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated release and dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may change due to supply, production, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancelling a pre-order
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for dispatch, unless the product was clearly described as a special order, made-to-order item or otherwise non-cancellable at the time of purchase.
If your pre-order has already been packed, dispatched or fulfilled, it may no longer be cancellable and our Return and Refund Policy will apply instead.
If we cannot supply the pre-order within a reasonable time, or if the product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- a refund;
- store credit, if agreed by you; or
- an alternative product, if agreed by you.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Try before you buy
If we offer a try-before-you-buy option, the specific conditions will be explained at checkout or on the product page.
These conditions may include:
- the trial period;
- when payment will be taken;
- how to return the product;
- the condition the product must be returned in;
- any products excluded from the offer; and
- any fees or charges that apply if the product is not returned in accordance with the offer terms.
If you do not return the product within the applicable trial period and in accordance with the offer conditions, you may be charged the amount disclosed at checkout.
Where a try-before-you-buy option is not offered, this section does not apply.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds for subscription orders, pre-orders and try-before-you-buy purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, as well as any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not comply with a consumer guarantee, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will apply regardless of any subscription, pre-order or trial arrangement.
